Delete your account

Removed immediately

• Email address and the sign-in account.
• First and last name — they are replaced with “Konto usunięte”.
• Sex, club, voivodeships, and PZSS licence data (number, class, disciplines, expiry date).
• The notification token and favourite matches.
• On entries: the last four digits of a firearm serial number and the firearm check result.
• On the phone: the firearm safe, photos of firearms and documents, the saved licence, and data saved for offline use.

What stays

• Match entries and results — under the label “Konto usunięte”, without the first name, last name, and other account data.
• Database backups — for up to 7 days, then they are deleted automatically.
• Server logs — for up to 7 days, then they are deleted automatically.

In the app

1. Open the Scorun Shooter app.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm twice.

The account is deleted immediately. The app needs an internet connection to do this.

By email

Write from the account email address to support@scorun.com and ask to delete the account. We will delete it within 30 days of receiving the message and confirm by email.

Deleting the account by email does not cover data on the phone. You remove the firearm safe and photos by uninstalling the app.
