What we process
- Account: email address, first and last name, sex, club, and voivodeship.
- PZSS licence: number, class, expiry date, and verification result. The identifier read from the licence QR code is not stored on the server.
- Match entries: the competitions you select, payment status, and squad. The organizer of that match can see them.
- Photos of firearms and documents stay on your phone and are not sent to the server.
- Technical data: a notification token and server logs.
Why
- to run your account and sign-in,
- to handle entries and matches,
- to verify a PZSS licence,
- to send notifications if you turn them on,
- to reply to messages sent to support@scorun.com.
Processors
- Supabase — hosting and the database, in the European Union,
- dhosting — email,
- Cloudflare — the websites.
How long we keep data
- Account data — until the account is deleted.
- Match entries and results — with no time limit. After the account is deleted, without the first name, last name, and other account data.
- Database backups — 7 days.
- Server logs — 7 days.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, and erasure, you can object, and you can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO).
Cookies
The websites scorun.com and app.scorun.com do not set cookies and do not use analytics.
